You can purchase shipping labels from within your Shopify administrative console (“Shopify Shipping”) for delivery of goods purchased from your Shopify Store. In addition to these Terms of Service, your access to and use of Shopify Shipping is subject to the Shopify Shipping Terms of Service, located at (a) https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms-shipping-us if you are located in the United States; (b) https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms-shipping-ca, if you are located in Canada; and (c) https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms-shipping-global, if you are located outside of Canada and the United States. |
Before we begin using the Global Shipping Services, you must read, accept, and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Shipping Terms.
We agree to use the Global Shipping Services in accordance with any procedures that Shopify may provide to you from time to time. If we do not agree to these procedures, you may not use the Global Shipping Services.
The Global Shipping Services enables you to purchase services from Sendle Pty. Ltd. ("Sendle") ("Sendle" is the "Shipper") to assist me in fulfilling your Shopify orders. We do not need to create a shipping account to use the Global Shipping Services.
You agree to pay the applicable fees (the "Fees") for all purchases made through theGlobal Shipping Services. There is no shipping fee for you in this case
Madragora has read and agreed to all terms and conditions contained in these Shipping Terms before using the Global Shipping Services.
Madragora agrees to use the Global Shipping Services in accordance with any procedures that Shopify may provide to it from time to time. If you do not agree to these procedures, you may not use the Global Shipping Services.
From now on, the owner and founder of the Madragora boutique is responsible for the shipping of the purchased products.
The delivery is of course arranged by the supplier, if an unsuccessful delivery or damaged product is seen, it is the responsibility of the supplier and the owner of the Madragora boutique, you have nothing else to do but to file a complaint by letter.
