# Refund and Return Policy

At Madragora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an independent European design studio, we handle returns and refunds in full compliance with European Union consumer protection laws.

### 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive your physical items.

* **Eligibility:** To be eligible for a standard return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.
* **Discounted & Sale Items:** In accordance with consumer protection regulations, our standard 14-day return right applies equally to discounted and sale items.
* **Exemptions:** 
  - Instant digital downloads (vector art packs, digital licenses) cannot be returned once access or download links have been provided.
  - Bespoke, personalized, or custom-made items created specifically upon your request are non-returnable unless defective.

### How to Initiate a Return
Do not ship items back without prior notification. To ensure proper tracking and processing, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our studio via email at **info@madragora.com** within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (optional, but appreciated).
2. Once your request is received and confirmed, we will provide you with a return authorization and return instructions.
3. Package the items securely and ship them to our verified studio address:

*Please note: Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct shipping costs of returning physical goods.*

### Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect our print-on-demand fulfillment partners carefully. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing flaw, please contact us immediately at **info@madragora.com** with clear photographs of the issue and the packaging. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or a 100% full refund at no cost to you.

### Refunds
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Barion, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
