We're seeing improvements for DTG and embroidery in the US with both categories being fulfilled in 3–8 business days.

In Europe, all-over print (AOP) is still seeing delays related to the increased demand for Face Masks, and the fulfillment estimate is 5–11 business days. To improve the order flow for the AOP category, we're temporarily disabling product push for AOP Face Masks globally.

Note that we're still accepting incoming orders for the AOP Face Masks already live on your store.

 Note that our average fulfillment times are relevant for orders that come in after the date the averages are calculated, and don’t apply to older orders.

All our ongoing efforts are helping us become more focused and stable. To better prepare for the end-of-the-year orders, we're organizing job fairs and actively hiring more people while expanding our operations and stocking up on products to make sure we're covered during peak. Our facility in Mexico is taking on more and more incoming embroidery and DTG orders.

There's still a temporary limit for adding new AOP products for customers in the US and Canada. We estimate the limitations will be disabled soon, but the limit is currently 2 AOP products per day, and it is reset 24 hours after the second product is added.

Our Customer Support email reply time is about one day, but we mostly reply much sooner. We're increasing our chat availability to resume 24/7 live support in the near future.

All-over print (AOP) fulfillment time has decreased to 3-8 business days in the US and Mexico, but DTG products in the US are now experiencing slight increase—the production can take 4-9 business days. DTG product fulfillment in other locations has not been affected.

We expect these delays to be temporary, and we're continuously hiring more people and expanding our operations to prepare for the end-of-the-year orders. Our facility in Mexico has already started taking on incoming embroidery and DTG orders.

In the US, all new DTG products are fulfilled in 4-9 days on average, AOP products take 3-8 business days, embroidery—2-7 business days, and other categories take 2-5 business days. Fulfillment speed in Europe is still 2-5 or 2-7 business days for all categories.

Latest update (July 6, 2020)


Since the average fulfillment estimate for all-over print products is speeding up globally, we've enabled the entire all-over print category worldwide. This means you're now able to add new all-over print products to your store through our Product Push Generator.

New DTG and embroidery products are not yet available in the Product Push Generator for customers located in the US and Canada, but the average fulfillment estimates for these two categories in the US are also improving. We estimate that you'll be able to add new embroidery products to your store again at the end of July, but DTG products could be available from the middle of August. Make sure to check in for updates!

The products already live on your store aren't affected, and we're still accepting incoming orders in all categories.

Here are 6 things we strongly encourage you to do:

    Explore the non-apparel category—some products are fulfilled in 2–5 business days

    Target the European market—fulfillment is up to speed

    Put a temporary pause on adding new designs or products with slow fulfillment
